Eco-Cycling: Monthly Bike Doctor Sessions

When & Where: Join us every 2nd Thursday of the month, from 10:00 - 17:00, at the Sir William Dunn School of Pathology on South Parks Road, OX1 3RE.

Is Your Bicycle Feeling Under the Weather? Don't let a malfunctioning bike deter you from sustainable commuting. Bring it to the Bike Doctor at the Dunn School, where we aim to restore your bicycle to its prime condition.

Looking for an Eco-friendly Ride? We also offer a curated selection of refurbished second-hand bikes. Rescued from abandonment around Oxford, these bikes are brought back to life, fully serviced, and are accompanied by a three-month warranty. With prices ranging from £100 to £280, you can ensure your ride is both sustainable and affordable.

Comprehensive Servicing: Our mobile workshop is loaded with an extensive range of tools and components.
Cost-effective Repairs: Only pay for parts. The labor for servicing is entirely on us.
Efficient Turnaround: It's a first-come, first-served system. Drop off your bike, and it'll be ready for collection on the same day.
Exclusivity: This service is dedicated to the University of Oxford staff and Dunn School Graduate Students. Remember to bring your University card for ID verification.
Collaboration: This initiative wouldn't be possible without the joint efforts of Walton Street Cycles, the Dunn School Green Group, and the University of Oxford Sustainability Team. Our special appreciation extends to Jo Peel for her organizational and promotional prowess.

Our Vision:
Through the Bike Doctor sessions and other green initiatives, we aim to nurture a thriving cycling culture within our community. Our hope is to inspire more sustainable choices, fostering a healthier lifestyle, and contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions.
